We hope that you all have a Wonderful Christmas day. Many Blessings to you all!
From all of us here in the
Gołąb Family!

Just in time for Christmas we received this beautiful card from Candy in China.
The image was taken by Candy herself. It is of the Northwest of China. A very different view of rural life than most post cards would depict. It is definitely a beautiful card. Thanks Candy for sharing your life, photography and perspective with us!
This card travelled 8,069 kilometres over 15 days to get from Candy’s house to ours.

Well it is Christmas Eve today so we have been busy baking things and cooking. We have finally finished making the Polish Cheesecake, the Salatka, pumpkin soup, fruit, nut and Cheese platter and a whole lot of other yummy foods. Tata had to work today so our festive celebrations had to wait until he actually arrived home from work, but in the lead up to his arrival home, the girls and I cooked, listened to Christmas Carols, all day and generally had a busy yet fun time.
Now if Babcia and Dziadek had of been here, we would have followed the Polish tradition of Christmas eve or better know as Wigilia celebrations a lot better, but as they were unable to visit us for Christmas this year, we did our own celebrations, which were a miss mash of Polish foods and English / Australian stuff. Hopefully though Babcia and Dziadek will be here with us next year, so that we can have the whole ‘Polish’ way of Christmas again!
Here are some photos of our Christmas Eve table and meal! – It was Yummy!!!

Well we thought we would share our Christmas 2009 Photos of the girls with you all!
Enjoy!
